.home sweet home.

so we left at 630am, and i didn't cry. i wanted to cry, but i didn't cry because once again, it's a whole "see you later" kind of thing. we stopped for gas, and as he's filling the gas tank, i'm thinking in true jersey form, "wow, soon i'll actually have to do this myself." man we're so spoiled. a stop in delaware, and then off to dc to meet up with miss l, where we have a quick bite to eat at busboys & poets. wouldn't you know it, the waitress sits us, and i look up and it just summarizes all that's going on my life:

seriously. don't i know it! after lunch, we parted ways. the rest of the trip was uneventful except for the scary guys that hit on sashers while we were in north carolina buying cigs. how we got to florida by 130am is something i will never figure out. but we did. unloaded the car, and passed out. i definitely needed to sleep. i was driving on 3 hours of sleep. i think i was so charged up and so nervous that i had to drive or i would've gone crazy trying to sit there.
so yeah. did the target run, tomorrow is grocery day and unpack the clothes day. i'm not looking forward to it.
