.trust me.

.i was actually camera shy in Israel. this is one of the few pictures of myself on the Mount of Beatitudes with the Sea of Galilee behind me. it was an overcast day, but one of the most beautiful sites to behold. i look at this picture, and i'm still in awe that i was truly there.

i neglected to give you a proper update of my grad school process. well i was excited to be invited for an interview at the university of st. augustine for saturday morning at 8:15am. so at the beginning of the month (ekie's birthday to be exact), i booked my flight, car rental and hotel. and of course, of all weekends that mother nature decides to get funky, well, it was last night into today. so the snow came, and it's still here. it only took about 2 hours, but i managed to get refunded for my canceled flight to florida, my rental car, and my hotel room. i will probably spend the next 2 hours re-booking my flight, rental car and hotel room, as the admissions director has now pushed my interview to march 7. i also have to resubmit for time off and spend the next two weeks prepping...again. i'm telling you, if this doesn't prepare you for grad school, i don't know what will. it's giving me "high blood" as my mother would say. but hey, better safe then sorry, right? it's all in God's plans.
